Payments can be processed with or without a paypal account following checkout confirmation. No minimum purchase is necessary. SHIPPING: Our products are shipped via USPS priority mail both domestically and internationally. Shipping costs are based on total order weight and destination. Orders are typically shipped 3-5 days after receipt of payment. PRICES: Prices in effect at the time of purchase are final. RETURNS: It is our goal to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied. For our customers' protection, we maintain a very high level of meticulous quality control on products shipped out of the Scrap Art Site warehouse. If you have received items that you are not satisfied with, please email: scrapartsite@gmail.com to initiate an exchange or credit. Paper can not be returned unless it is damaged. If you receive one of our designed papers that is damaged or has a color defect please send us an email immediately and we will initiate an exchange. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective. Please inspect your items upon arrival and notify us immediately if there is a problem with your order. If the return is due to our error, we will, of course, refund your return shipping costs. Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
